Daily Devotion Diaries
So much of the struggle with “spiritual practice” comes from imagining it has to happen elsewhere — in a silent room, in a retreat space, in the hours we rarely have.
But devotion doesn’t require escape.
It only asks for weaving — bringing one conscious thread into the life we’re already living.
Today is a beautiful opportunity to try that through the lens of Jupiter — the planetary principle of wisdom, benevolence and right-direction.
Below is something simple you can do right now.
✧ A Jupiter Ritual, Practically
1) Arrive in your body
Feet on the floor.
One slow breath. Soften.
2) Name one area you want to expand
Money. Study. Service. Teaching. Faith. Confidence. Choose one.
3) Ask inwardly:
“Jupiter, show me the next honest step.”
Let the first simple instruction surface. One step only.
4) Seal it
Light a candle (gold/yellow if you have it) or hold a warm cup in both hands.
Whisper or write:
“May this step grow what is truly mine to grow.”
That is enough. Tiny ritual — clear course correction.
When we weave the sacred into the mundane, we stop waiting for the perfect moment. We let devotion live inside the hour we already have.
Jupiter blesses sincerity, not performance.
May today meet you gently,
Natalie.
