The word yantra in Sanskrit means tool, machine, or instrument. Yantras are geometric diagrams, made of different shapes that all have symbolic meaning, . These shapes come together to form the pattern of the divine. A yantra is a visual form of a mantra (sacred sound) used to strengthen your focus in meditation.
You don’t need any prior experience in art or painting - this is a wonderful form of active meditation that engages both parts of our brain and connects us to divine wisdom ( within)
Specific colors used ( and have been used traditionally for over 2000 years ) and not only offer us beauty but work deeply on rewiring the brain. This after is actually the “goal “ of any yoga practice.
It’s fun, engaging, and a lovely way to connect to the places we may have forgotten and mirror back our wholeness through the goddess..
