What is a mantra?

Mantra is a tool for the mind. This tool "yokes" or unites us ( AKA yoga) with the eternal within. Through the sonic sounds of sanskrit we bypass the thinking mind and stimulate different archetypal energies within, bringing in universal alignment, support & insight.

Sound & Mantra healing:

There is a special power that comes when we actively engage in a nuanced practice of mantra ( think of this as brain yoga) Dislodging old mind gunk, and revealing our authentic state of harmony. As sound is created within as the mantra,it creates powerful healing at a root level = Self-Sound Healing.

Sounds complex?

Like all good things, mantra is best experienced as an embodied practice. Not an intellectual pursuit - so don't worry, no prior knowledge is needed. I make it super accessible and safe for all levels. No fancy singing voice is required.

About Natalie:

A few years back I fell head over heels in love with Sanskrit, and it completely transformed my world. These ancient sounds brought me home ( and continue to when I lose the way). Tapping into the juicy aliveness of an embodied sound practice dropped away years of overwhelm and stress revealing an epic love story as I attuned deeply into the total harmonious beauty of life within.

As Rumi says "What you seek is seeking you" and I heard the call through the sonic sphere to dive into the mystical world of Sanskrit in a practical and embodied way with HeartofSound teacher training.

This process of Sound & Mantra attunement is not just a personal journey; it's a path I passionately share in a tangible, accessible way. By embracing these ancient practices we collectively embark on a transformative journey, uncovering and celebrating our fullest potential together.
