Bliss Spice Mix

This recipe is adapted from Kavitha Chinnaiyan Book : Heart of Wellness

This versatile spice mix can be added to soups, dhal, kichadi & sprinkled over roast or steam veggies, even salads. Make a batch each week and store in glass jar or copper container.

Ingredients :

5 teaspoons cumin seeds

3 teaspoons coriander seeds

5 teaspoons fennel seeds

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

1 teaspoon powdered ginger

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Grind all to a powder in high speed blender or coffee grinder - or use mortar & pestle.

Suitable for all doshas.
